When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early for your first visit. This gives you time to remove your shoes, get settled, and ask any questions before the session begins.
What happens during class?
Each session includes a brief introduction (5 min), guided meditation instruction (10-15 min), silent meditation practice (20-30 min), and a gentle closing with time for questions (5-10 min).
What should I wear?
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You'll be removing your shoes at the entrance — socks or bare feet are both fine.
Where do I sit?
Choose what's comfortable — floor cushions or chairs with back support. We have options for all comfort levels and physical abilities.
What if I've never meditated before?
Perfect! Most of our visitors are beginners. Our instructors guide you through everything. There's no such thing as doing it wrong.
