To provide a peaceful, welcoming space where anyone can learn to meditate, find stillness, and connect with a community that genuinely cares about their wellbeing. Beyond weekly meditation classes, Minnesota Meditation Center serves as a Buddhist temple for the Twin Cities community, offering traditional ceremonies and services.
Our center serves both the broader Twin Cities community and Minnesota's Thai and Lao communities. We offer English-language meditation classes and traditional Thai-language services. Classes are led by our resident monks.
Whether you are new to meditation or deepening an existing practice, you will find support here. Our instructors guide beginners through every step.
Buddhist or not, religious or secular — everyone is welcome here.
Traditional Sunday services in Thai language serve our Southeast Asian community.
All meditation classes are free. No fees, no donations required.
